By visiting our website, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

Our Store

Dusk to Diamond is an independently operated boutique offering curated clothing, accessories, complete looks, and other merchandise.

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, vintage, new-without-tags, discontinued, or available in very limited quantities.

Once a unique item sells, there may not be another one waiting in the back room. That is part of what makes the store different.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate:

● Pricing

Because many pieces are pre-owned or unique, normal signs of age or previous ownership may exist.

Any significant wear, damage, repair needs, missing components, or other known condition issues will be disclosed when reasonably identifiable.

Measurements are provided as a helpful guide and may vary slightly depending on how an item is measured.

Colors may also appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the product.

Diamond in the Rough Items

Products in our Diamond in the Rough collection may intentionally include visible wear, cosmetic imperfections, missing pieces, repairs needed, or other condition characteristics.

These details will be disclosed in the individual product listing.

By purchasing a Diamond in the Rough item, you acknowledge the condition information disclosed before purchase.

Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, or other accidental website mistakes.

If an error affects an order you already placed, we will contact you before making any change that would require additional payment.

We are not required to honor an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical or typographical error.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

● Suspected fraud

● Payment problems

● Pricing or inventory errors

● Duplicate orders

● Incorrect product availability

● Suspected misuse of the website

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Because much of our inventory is unique, an item may occasionally sell through another sales channel before our website inventory updates.

We work to prevent this, but technology occasionally has other plans.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that unavailable item.

We will never substitute another product without your approval.

Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Dusk to Diamond does not control your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Shipping

Shipping terms, processing expectations, tracking information, and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our standard return-request window is 14 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements explained in that policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel it.

Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled through our normal return process.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Dusk to Diamond name, branding, website text, original photography, graphics, product styling, written descriptions, designs, and other original content belong to Dusk to Diamond or are used with permission.

You may share our public content for normal personal and social-media purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, impersonate, or commercially use our original content without permission.

Basically: sharing an outfit you love is great. Copying our store is considerably less charming.

Reviews, Comments & Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.

We may ask permission before using customer photographs or other personally identifiable customer content for promotional purposes.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person’s rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to:
